Our services might also have virtual coins or gems, rankings, chat time, or other digital items ("Virtual Goods") that you can buy through our in-app purchase programs. If you try to do this, we might immediately close your account, you'll be breaking these rules, and we might take legal action against you. You also won't be able to access our services anymore.

Please remember that all purchases of virtual money or virtual items from Blue Engine are final. We will only consider refunds if we decide to.

You might also be able to create, publish, post, show, send, perform, broadcast, or share content and materials through our website. This content might include feedback or suggestions about our services or website from you or others, including any replies.

Blue Engine doesn't have to review, check, watch, share, store, keep, or delete anything you post or send in our apps or anywhere else. We can choose to refuse, post, remove, or delete any content you send us without telling you, for any reason, at any time on our website. We can also change, move, hide, edit, or modify content without telling you and without being responsible for it.

Without limiting any other actions we can take and as much as the law allows, we can suspend, end, delete, limit, or change accounts or access to our services or any part of them. We can also hold, delay, or remove hosted content, take legal and technical steps to stop access to our services, or take other action according to these rules, with or without telling you. We can do this if we think you haven't followed these rules or if you've done something illegal or misused our services. This could mean you lose your account, information, persona, rankings, benefits, virtual items, in-game purchases, or other things. As much as the law allows, we are not and will not be responsible for any loss of accounts, information, personas, rankings, benefits, virtual items, in-game purchases, or other losses, and we don't have to give you any compensation for them.

We can stop offering and/or supporting our services or any part of them, including any specific game, at any time for any reason, as allowed by law. If this happens, your permission to access or use those services will automatically end, and you might lose access to any content you've sent us or were in the process of sending. We can also close any account that hasn't been used for a long time. Unless the law or app store rules say we have to, we don't have to tell you before we do this or give you any refunds, compensation, or anything else for discontinued or ended services or any losses that result.

Your Rights Related to Advertising

We can use and share the non-personal information we collect for advertising purposes, either ourselves or with our partners and contractors. To help show ads through our services, we might use third parties who use specific methods to collect information.

3. Disrupt or help disrupt any computer that supports our services or anyone else's ability to use and enjoy our services without interruption.

4. Interfere with or bypass any security feature of our services or any feature that limits or enforces restrictions on how our services can be used or accessed.

5. Restrict, disturb, disrupt, or stop any other user from using or enjoying our services, such as repeatedly posting the same message or too many posts in chat rooms ("flooding"), disrupting chat flow by hitting the return key repeatedly, using very large images, using excessive capitalization ("shouting"), or "spamming."

2. Pretending to be someone else to trick Blue Engine or other users, trying to gain unauthorized access, or misusing personal information.

3. Providing false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information when creating an account.

4. Misusing Blue Engine support services or submitting false reports of abuse.

5. Hiding the source of information or using tools to make internet protocol addresses anonymous.

6. Unauthorized collection, sharing, or use of another person's account, personal information, or virtual items.

Unauthorized Activities That Are Not Allowed:

1. Trying to host, intercept, imitate, or redirect our proprietary communication protocols, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of Blue Engine services or our site.

2. Copying, reproducing, translating, modifying, or trying to figure out software-related code.

3. Interfering with the features, functions, or operation of our services or site, including making unauthorized changes.

4. Using third-party software to collect information from our site.

5. Framing, imposing, or blocking content on our site, or removing notices, banners, or labels.

6. Changing or removing notices of copyright, patent, trademark, or other ownership rights.

7. Unauthorized use, sharing, copying, or modification of any of our services.

8. Trying to use our services on platforms that are not authorized.

9. Breaking terms, agreements, or laws, including unauthorized trading or sharing of account information, currency, or goods.
